The helpful staff at Hotel Santika made our stay special. They provided a brief tour upon arrival and quickly arranged for an electric outlet near the bed when we needed it. The location was also convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. I would recommend this hotel.

Arrived at almost midnight, with no double bed-standard room as ordered, the hotel upgrade my booking to a suite room. Awesome! Good sleep, comfort bed & clean room. Breakfast is average. If you hungry at midnight, grab a taxi and ask the driver to take you to Nasi Kalong, only 3 mins away. Delicioso!!
